Defining and executing the development strategy for Wealthon S.A.’s key IT systems. As the Director of Software Development, I combine the roles of Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, and Project Manager, taking end-to-end responsibility for the development of products, integrations, and operational processes.

Major Achievements

  • Launched four new financial products, resulting in more than doubling the company’s revenue.
  • Designed and implemented a fully automated onboarding and lending process for limited liability companies — likely the only solution of its kind available in the Polish market.
  • Delivered new key system integrations, including:
    • mObywatel (identity verification)
    • Nethone (behavioural anomaly detection and fraud prevention)
    • Silverflow (payment processor)
    • Phos / Ingenico (terminal and mobile payment processing)
    • Fizen (recurring payments)
  • Implemented mandatory STIR reporting to the National Clearing House (KIR).
  • Optimised the customer onboarding process, reducing acquisition cost and time by 20–30%.
  • Continuous development of scoring and credit-risk assessment modules, utilising behavioural and external data sources.
  • Co-created with BIK the best in our country hybrid scoring module (combining Wealthon Score – recognised by BIK as superior to their standalone score system – and BIK Score SME).
